When will I receive my order?

Most orders will ship out within 5 business days. If you are requesting a custom made lamp, timelines vary but typically take 5-7 weeks. I will confirm timeline with you directly.

What if my order arrives damaged?

Please report damages to me as soon as possible. Although my pottery is packed with utmost care, accidents can happen. I WILL REPLACE DAMAGED POTTERY OR MAKE A FULL REFUND. I ask that you please send me a photo of the broken pottery with the shipping materials in the picture. This will allow me to file an insurance claim. Please keep the broken pottery and packing materials for a while. The Post Office may contact you to verify it's loss.

What if my order is not what I expected?

I would like you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, so for some reason if the piece is not what you expected, you can return it within 14 days and get a full refund minus the shipping. Please note that the buyer will be responsible for safe return of the work. Insurance recommended.

Efforts toward sustainability:
My studio is powered by solar energy harnessed from a local solar farm here in Vermont. The clay I use is harvested in Sheffield Massachusetts. I use biodegradable packing peanuts to ship my pottery and each piece is protected with green bubble wrap which has up to 40% recycled content with up to 20% from post-consumer sources. I recycle my clay, water, and all the cardboard associated with my process. I continue to look for ways to reduce my impact on mother earth.
